Consists of one programme containing First Ramp selectable 60/120/240/360/480°C/hr or 'full on' to fixed set point of 580°C followed by Second Ramp 'full on' to an adjustable maximum top temperature of 1300°C (in 5°steps) with adjustable dwell of 0/10/20/30 or 60 minutes

TC405/P

This controller has 6 fixed programmes and the facility to enter 9 personal programmes. Each programme consists of delay start, heat up to 1st setpoint, (if required), heat up to top temperature followed by dwell at this temperature, then either switch off, or cool to a set temperature.
 
There is the facility to link programmes, lock the keyboard and check power consumption per firing (providing kiln power rating has been entered).

Incorporates built in over temperature protection.

TC405/30P

This controller differs from the TC 405/P due to the way the programme profile is built up, it has a delay start followed by up to 30 segments, each segment consisting of a ramp followed by a dwell, these ramps may heat up or cool down, therefore quite complex firing curves can be built up. It has 6 fixed programmes as the TC 405/P and (depending on length) up to 84 personal programmes.
It has the same additional features as the TC 405/P and recommended for glass firing.

This controller is extremely versatile in as much as the programme profile is freely adjustable. Up to 99 programmes may be entered (depending on number of segments used) each containing 99 segments. Segment 0 is the delay start (if required) followed by the firing cycle segments. Each segment consists of a heat/cool ramp followed by a dwell (if required). The heat/cool segments may be entered as °C/hr or time.
The controller may be used for 2 zone control (optional extra).
Facility to lock the keyboard, display power consumption per firing (providing Kiln power rating has been entered).
Incorporates built in over temperature protection.
